TK collects and stores information about users in several different ways:

Discord

• Discord User ID
• Discord Username
• Discord Message Activity
• Discord Online Presence

Discord is utilized as TK's primary outlet of communication with it's members.

Users can use Discord as an Identity Provider to login to the TK website and manage their user account.

Discord account linking is used to monitor member activity via message activity and online presence, this is done in automation.

We utilize a Discord Bot (created by TK) to perform various tasks such as automatically assigning roles to members, sending private messages to members for announcements and requests, invites to events, and to perform other Discord related interactions with the user.

No message contents itself is stored, only timestamps of most recent messages.

Activity information is typically discarded immediately after running automation tasks (to ensure TK Member is at least active in some way).

Non-TK members information is not stored, and is immediately discarded.

Epic Games

• Epic Games Account ID
• Epic Games Account Username
• Epic Games Online Presence

Users can use Epic Games as an Identity Provider to login to the TK website and manage their user account.

Epic Games account linking is used primarily to monitor member activity via online presence, this is done in automation.

Activity information is typically discarded immediately after running automation tasks (to ensure TK Member is at least active in some way).

Non-TK members information is not stored, and is immediately discarded.

Steam

• Steam User ID
• Steam Display Name
• Steam Profile URL
• Steam Online Presence
• Steam Game Library

Users can use Steam as an Identity Provider to login to the TK website and manage their user account.

Steam account linking is used to monitor member activity via online presence and gameplay timestamps, this is done in automation.

Activity information is typically discarded immediately after running automation tasks (to ensure TK Member is at least active in some way).

Non-TK members information is not stored, and is immediately discarded.

Twitch

• Twitch User ID
• Twitch Username
• Twitch Broadcast Timestamps
• Twitch User-Chat Timestamps

Users can use Twitch as an Identity Provider to login to the TK website and manage their user account.

Twitch account linking is additionally used to monitor member activity via broadcast and chat timestamps, this is done in automation.

Activity information is typically discarded immediately after running automation tasks (to ensure TK Member is at least active in some way).

Non-TK members information is not stored, and is immediately discarded.

This is provided by a Twitch Application named "TK ESports". Served to purpose the functionality of this website in it's entirety.

In Conclusion

• Most information is used for TK's Activity Requirement (of 1 year per Member Contract), which all TK Members must sign.
• Activity checks are done via automated tasks, which runs daily at 2am US EST. Information is NOT accessed by any human during this task.
• When a TK member resigns or is removed from the organization, their information is deleted entirely from our database.
• Only Contracted Members of TK has their information stored. No other user information is stored, it will be immediately discarded.
• Sensitive information is stored hashed, salted, and encrypted with users own unique keys.
• Access to sensitive information must go through a Data Access Request (what it looks like) and must be accepted via Discord.
• Access to server files, server data, and database are tightly controlled, and only Raz has access to this.
• Access to servers is secured behind a firewall appliance, and must be accessed by an internal VPN with user's unique encryption keys.
• Your information and data is NEVER given to any third party. In the exception of event tickets, travel, and lodging. With your prior consent.
