TK Member Contract
Here, we provide a copy of our Member Contract available to publicly view.

By being a part of TK (Twilight Knights) in any way, in any capacity, at any level: You are agreeing to be bound by the following Contract.

Twilight Knights reserves the right to update and change the Contract from time to time without notice. This includes revisions, changes, additions, removals. Continued use, engagement and membership of TK after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of the contract in any form will result in your termination and dismissal from TK, including any ongoing benefits or services we offer.

Under NO circumstances is any data, information, text, images, screenshots, conversations, audio or video recordings allowed to be taken, screenshared, shown, read, shared or uploaded to anyone outside of TK without prior written permission of TK Management.

If it's meant to be private and has not been cleared for public release, should stay private. If you're unsure of what can and cannot be shared, ask!

Management has final say when and if data can be shown, shared, uploaded or released externally and publicly.

Being a part of TK means that you agree to the above statements in their entirety, and you will not share private content without permission.

At TK, we take privacy VERY seriously, and believe it to be a fundamental human right.

Being a part of TK, there will be some information about you that is stored in a database. Including linked account information.

Sensitive information is stored hashed, salted, and encrypted with users own unique keys.

Access to sensitive information must go through a Data Access Request (what it looks like) and must be accepted via Discord.

Being a part of TK means that you read our Privacy Policy and understand it in it's entirety.

At TK we are completely open to feedback and criticism, to create a better environment for our members! We take all feedback seriously.

At the same time, we also shall remain totally transparent to our members about our processes and how things generally operate.

If at any time any TK member has feedback, they are welcome to provide feedback and criticism to members of Management without retaliation.

By being a part of TK, you agree to remain in the TK Discord server and not mute it. You must also 'Show All Channels'.
If you leave the TK Discord server for whatever reason, you will have 1 week to rejoin. If you do not rejoin the TK Discord server, then you will be considered resigned from the organization. All other information further is covered by the Resignation Policy.
If you're not in the Discord server, you will receive an active single-use Discord invite in the User Dashboard.

The following constitutes your resignation:

1. Verbally telling Management you want to leave TK.
2. Leaving the TK Discord server and not rejoining within the 1 week grace period.
3. Being removed from TK for whatever reason.

If you resign from TK or are removed from TK, you will forfeit the following:

1. All Member Benefits, including any pending or ongoing benefits.
2. Any and all technical support, financial support, etc.
3. Coaching sessions. Any scheduled sessions will be canceled.
4. Access to team meetings, events, outings, etc.
5. Any pending Gifts, earnings, payouts, etc.

By being a part of TK, you agree to abide and follow all the rules and guidelines stated in the TK Member Policy. Failure to do so could result in removal.

TK does not pay it's members a salary. However we do provide special benefits that makes up for this, including:

1. A "welcome goodie bag" which includes branded TK merch, gift cards and a greeting card.
2. 2 annual gifts per-year. Birthday and Christmas. Within reason.
3. Access to Financial Assistance. Limited to $200 per-year. More can be requested provided reason.
4. Access to Technical Support as-needed.
5. Access to Game Coaches, provided the game you request has anyone willing to coach.
6. Tickets to events, including travel and lodging as-needed.

Note Per-Year benefits means 12 full calendar months. It does not mean use benefits on December 31st, then again on January 1st.

Note All benefits are subject to approval by Management. Additionally following eligibility stated below.

In order to be eligible to receive TK Member Benefits, you agree to the following:

1. Be active in TK within the last 2 weeks.
2. Provide PII (Personally Identifying Information) about yourself via the User Dashboard.
3. Must have been in TK for over the period of 3 months.
4. Must have contributed to TK in at least some way. Be it advertisement, stream panels (active streamer), compete, earn TK money, etc.
5. Must not have any Member Violations in the past 3 months. This includes Violations considered 'removed' due to time passing.

Note Additional requirements may be needed, depending on the actual benefit received. Contact Management for more info.

At TK, we believe credit is due where it is deserved, and this especially includes Art made for TK, and work done by Management.

Artists: We do ask that your work be of high quality and willingness to make any adjustments as requested.

Management: We recognize your level of contribution and extremity of the work done.

Additional Notes

1. The amount received will depend on the amount of, and quality of your work. Amount may vary.
2. Payout is in real money. Our baseline currency is USD. Will be paid-out via PayPal.
3. If you want more payout or any task, it's best to communicate with Management about any work that could be done.
4. TK may not payout for content not specifically asked for, but this depends on the quality of the work and effort.
5. AI generated artwork is prohibited and will be rejected. Additionally could lead to a Violation since it's considered fraud.

To qualify being an artist for TK: Artists will need to provide a portfolio of their previous work. Afterwards, pending Management approval.

Being a part of TK means your loyalty to TK, and TK first. You are not allowed to be a part of another competitive organization or gaming organization. We can make exceptions depending on the situation. Always contact Management if you have any questions!

We believe in 2nd chances, and we know mistakes can happen, we're all human after all.

We follow the "3 strikes you're out" system. Your 3rd Violation would lead to Termination, and follow the details stated under the Resignation Policy.

Some of the things that can lead to a Violation includes:

1. Violation of anything listed under the TK Member Policy.
2. Publicly shaming any member of TK or the organization itself.
3. Total inactivity over 1 year. (Exclusions apply, provided you tell Management of your absense in advance)
4. Attempting to, or encouraging other's to disrupt TK operations and TK's business endeavours.
5. Any fraudulent activities. (May result in immediate Termination)

Note Violations are tracked in a database, and can be seen in your User Dashboard

Note Violations are removed after 2 months, provided you don't receive another Violation before then.

1. If you play competitively for TK, you must prefix your in-game username with "TK".
2. If you are playing in a league, a cup, a tournament, or any competitive event: You must prefix your in-game username with "TK".
3. You are expected to follow all game rules, league rules, tournament rules, etc.

If you are playing competitively in a league, a cup, a tournament, or any competitive event:

1. If your earnings are between $300 and $600: You agree to share a split revenue of 95/5. (You get 95%)
2. If your earnings are between $600 and $1000: You agree to share a split revenue of 85/15. (You get 85%)
3. If your earnings are between $1000 and $2500: You agree to share a split revenue of 80/20. (You get 80%)
4. If your earnings exceed $2500: You agree to share a split revenue of 70/30. (You get 70%)

Note Earnings are considered in USD as a baseline.

Note Earnings less than $300 you can keep for yourself.

Note The revenue share TK receives goes towards Member Benefits.
